comme elle et drole! = how funny (droll) she is!
(but I think you have a mistake; I think "et" should be "est."
elle a l'air d'une princesse, cette petite = she has the air of a princess, this small one.

First of all, it should read: "comme elle est drôle" --should be "est" not "es".
The translation of "drôle" is amusing (funny), or funny (strange) or humorous. It could also mean odd, peculiar. In this sentence I would take the meaning to be amusing or funny.
"petite" could mean young; it could also mean "little" (in size)
