I ran ubuntu on Virtua Machine but the Graphics was so sloppy I couldn't see the screen why. How to fix it?

or other Virtual machine I am using Vista. Please provide a link to download it.

Not enough info.
But most likely it's the type of virtual environment you're running or you aren't running Ubuntu for x64 architecture.

Check what version of ubuntu you have. Then reestablish the virtual Machine. Make sure you have at least 6gb of space and 256mb of ram for the virtual Machine . More is better of course. If that doesn't work. Re-burn the iso file that you have at a slower speed and try again.
