If he was my friend and he offered a place to sleep, I wouldn't... Just because you're in someones house for longer than an hour doesn't mean you are obligated to **** him.

Some men do know how to take "no" for an answer.
When I was single I slept next to (attractive) women friends on several occasions. Sometimes at a later time we messed around, sometimes we did not.
It is a very circumstantial thing. It, also, like most things, requires honest communication.
On several occasions I missed out on fun sex with a woman I was attracted to because she was "playing hard to get", and I was not "trying hard enough".
Too, bad. When she said "no" it meant no. If she changed her mind later, then SHE would have had to initiate it (or at least say something at the time -- I do not read minds).
And I do not find violating safe words to be a fun thrill.

I have spent the night at guys houses without the intent of having sex. Sometimes I really like the company of a friend, and am willing to spend the night at a guy's house if I really trust him, and I don't feel threatened by him. It's rare to find a guy that will offer you to stay at his house overnight and NOT ask you to have sex with him. I found that eventually I ended up dating these guys and had a good relationship with them because I trusted them so much.
Just the fact that you said "and then not give it up" makes me think you are angry at her because you misunderstood her intentions. I think she has every right to say, "no" and you have every obligation to listen to her.

It would depend on the relationship. If there's some sexual vibes and flirtations going on then you don't go back to his place unless you're ready for something sexual to happen. When you go home with him you're sending him some pretty strong signals. Stupid chicks do this alot and then when something happens they later complain that they were "date-raped". Wake up, ladies! Don't toy around with and tease men if you don't intend to follow through with it.

I would. Sometimes you are so tired that you can't drive home.
Now the driving home to get a change of clothes ...
To hell with it, I am staying at home in my soft bed.
We can do it another day, no wait ... another week ... sorry, another month. Maybe when we aren't rushing into it.

No, sexual activities are not a "given" if someone stays the night at your house. That does not rule it out, but it most definitely is never a "sure thing".

Guys like you give the rest of us a bad name. The fact that you're unsure enough to ask is a good sign that the answer is "no".

If you were a real man, you wouldn't need to ask this. You'd just do the right thing.
Oooh! Didn't like that, eh? Guess you don't even know what the "right thing to do" is.
