Technically, all games that are on both consoles have better graphics on the PS3. Why? The 360 plays games in 1080i. The PS3 plays them in 1080p. It doesn't make that much of a difference, but it does mean the PS3 has better graphics.

As for exclusive games, it's hard to compare because they probably aren't exploiting ALL of the capabilities of the consoles. But the PS3 has an RSX graphics chip that the 360 doesn't have. So if the exclusive 360 games have better graphics than those for the PS3, the PS3 still has the potential for better graphics. We'll probably see much better graphics on the PS3 exclusive games this Fall.

Because the ps3 just came out. I know that you must be thinking that gears of war looks better than any game on the ps3, but actually, its just because the ps3 is harder to develop games for. Devs need to learn the architecture on a system to milk all the graphic power out of it. Later, you will see the ps3 catch up to the 360 in graphics.

All in all, both systems are excellent systems, and will offer almost the same graphical experience. At least they are better than the pathetic nintendo wii.
