time would change but since that is a man-made philosophy it wouldn't affect the physical appearance of the earth by much.. it would change lifestyles of living beings and change the seasons, but everything would adapt.. time wouldn't go backwards if you might be thinking that.
since gravity is created by spinning and atomic movement, the earth would need to pull off a barrel roll or something to keep the effects of gravity without everything flying away

If magnetic reversal happens then it is possible. However, backward is not even that bad. Imagine if the Earth become like Uranus.
Lots of chaos will happen on the planet - computer, airline, and pretty much anything relate to man-made time - you name it. But it will not cause the destruction of the world. A massive meteor, on the other hand, will.

If the rotation reversed the sun would rise in the west and settle in the east. I don't see how this would happen but there you are.

You could say that because the only thing that could reverse the direction of the earth's rotation would be a collision with a planet of similar size. The result would be a planet of molten rock.

The dipoles of Earth's magnetic fields would reverse, therefore causing some screwups with anything technological, but no, I would say the apocalypse is fetching it a little.

No. That is science fiction.
Time will not change directions.
In fact if the earth would change directions or stop, people would fly out of te earth's atmosphere!
