Low blood sugar. And, I have some questions for you...... when you've finished running, do you walk for a while and do some stretches? Do you just flop down to catch your breath?

It is not good to just run and then flop down. You should do some slower walking and stretching. A cool down period. If you're not cooling down before you stop, that could be part of why you feel nauseated.

Overworking yourself, not enough water. Or little energy from lack of food and nutrients.
