Technically no, but an erection can be stronger therefore bigger depending on how excited the guy is. Also depending on the angle of penetration he could appear bigger. Hope this helps.

NOOOOOOOO putting your penis in and out of a woman dosent make it bigger lol. Nor does doing it make a girls butt big sex has nothing to do with muscle mass or weight gain. Maybe if you do it enough you can build a little muscle and loose weight lol.
