Best thing - they are diplomatic and likable. The men are gentlemen, the women are ladylike and gentle. They know how to avoid offending and do well when negotiating because they can successfully navigate volitile situations. Worst thing - they are non-assertive. As the saying goes, they may not even take their own side in an arugment. They scuttle away at the first sign of trouble and HATE confrontation. They can be shy in social situations.
