Funny you should ask!!!! I am a Cancer - aka Moon Child - it really does sound nicer, lol, and my b.f. is an Aquarius, and we get a long great. We have been together over 10 years. The thing you gotta remember is, that is just a sun sign. There are moon signs and a bunch of other things as well. You really cant go by just that. What is more important is to figure out what time - exact time - you were born and the other person was born. Then you have to ask one of these astrologer people to write you up a chart. good luck kiddo, cause everyone under the sun is going to respond to your question, and, well, good luck on that! Personally, I think that astrology cannot say how well anyone can get along. The ball is in your court on that one! I'm a caner and my ex is a Aquarius, I did not like our relationship because he cheated and lied all the time. He was only driven by sex, didn't want to do couple things and appear that he was in a relationship (detached) which are all the things a Cancer is not, But I'm grateful for that relationship because it let me no I deserve better and now I have one of the best, which I would have taken it for granted had I not experienced what I did with my ex. So if you'll are dating don't end it just because you're not compatible, there is a reason you'll attracted each other, which this will be a lesson to be learned for the both of you, like it was for me. I think in general Aquarians may find Cancers too sensitive and Cancerians may find Aquarians too detached. However, there are other factors that may make their relationship work. For example, their cusp placements, whether similar houses are aligned, and even their birth date (numerology).

By Western calendar I am considered a Cancer, but on the Gemini cusp and my best friend is an Aquarius, and most of my friends are either Aquarians or Geminis.
