In type 1, there's the Run-you-over Goblin/Skullclamp deck.
In type 2, you have The B/U Teferi/Lich Lord/Dimir, Dragonstorm, or Izzet/Tidespout Tyrant.
All these decks pwn.

Any deck you use has the potential to be the best or strongest. No one deck is better then the other. All you need to know is what your deck can do and how to run it. Sometimes combo's will win the game and sometimes pure strength will win. It all has to do with what you know and how well you play it.

Not a wise move really. best take the slabs up and do it properly. the decking should be below d.p.c anyway as should the slabs. have a look on ebay for diy decking kits . any size and shape . includes deck boards . 4 x 2 joists corner brackets , screws and delivery . really cheap to .. for the sake of a proper job or a naff job id rip them up .

Depends on what you like to play and the format. If you are familiar with a deck, you will have a better chance of winning.

That depends on what format you're talking about--type 2, extended, vintage, etc. A good place to start learning is at www.magicthegathering.com.
