No! I like a woman to look like a woman, not a girl. Adults have pubic hair, and if you love a woman, you wouldn't want to put her through that anyway. Her underwear will stick to her skin, and she'll be generally uncomfortable -- and just to look like she hasn't gone through puberty yet. Ugh!

When it comes to shaving it's all about a personal preference. There is no set answer, some do some don't. Personally I do, but I can't speak for everyone. From what I understand a lot of it depends on weather or not the man is willing to perform orally for the women. If that's the case then I think the majority of them do like it shaven. It's one of those things that you have to experiment with and don't be afraid to ask. If they get embarrassed or upset they probably aren't mature enough to be having sex anyways. I think it's all good, either way.... but I prefer closely trimmed to fully shaved.
As for teh second part of your question, It might be better to wait a while before having sex... the shaving process could make matters a little tender... and certainly a little blotchy looking.

if before sex, yes, i like it shaved and keep it shaved. if not, just closely shaved.
it would be easier and hair would not go between the teeth.
