I Stay in my room, in bed. I dont want to be bothered, I dont answer my cell. I do listen to music and sometimes read.

When I'm depressed I...
listen to music
try to exercise (dance, move around, anything to wear myself out)
write (songs, poems, emo stuff, etc)
talk to someone who won't be counterproductive
try to see if what I'm so depressed about is really that important
sing
meditate
try to think about the good stuff that happened that day (or if its really bad good stuff that happened during the week)
sleep
cry
I only do one or two of those things at a time though

I write down what is bothering me and then I write 3 things I can do to make the situation better. I always make my #1 Talk to Someone. I tend to isolate with a problem instead of presenting it to the universe to help me solve it. When I talk to a friend I ask them what 3 things I could do to make things better. You would not believe how 2 heads are better than one! For me activity helps the depression as does the socializing. Best of luck to you!

When I'm depressed i normally take a nap or a hot bath to de-stress. I also, pray and remind myself that God is still in control; regardless of what I'm going through or how bad the situation gets. In the pass I've gone to a therapist, because he or she is a neutral person who will not judge you or give you crazy advice.

depression is something too clinical for, and so far i havent been depressed. i can say when im sad, i will try to give myself a good sleep, good food, good shower, then a funny movie to watch

well chocolate always makes me feel better (dark preferably).
Also, music is something that can get me through anything.
And watching a light TV show, helps too
