No a yeast infection will not delay it, but stress will. Are you stressing over some life problem lately? Give a few more days and then call your GYN.

RE:
Does having a yeast infection delay your period????
I am almost a week late, which I am never late. Also, there is no way I could be pregnant, my husband has had a visectomy.

No, yeast infections don't delay periods and it depends on how recent the vasectomy was done. If it has been some time then most likely no(but there are those rare cases). However, if you are real concerned then test. Most woman are under the idea that we HAVE TO have a period every month and that is not the case, for many reasons we can skip periods, stress, hormonal change, changing cycles, certain medications etc. If your test comes back negative then I would wait another month to see if you start if you don't I would suggest calling your doctor.

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:
https://bitly.im/aMEXX
Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

No periods are not delayed because of yeast infections. Why tell everyone your husband has had a vasectomy? Did you do something with someone else? Stress could also delay your period. Find the real reason.

i don't know about that but here's some advice about periods and yeast infections I wish someone would have warned me about. Steer very clear of taking antibiotics while on your period, it will trigger a yeast infection. I learned that the hard way.

yeast infections do not delay your period. If anything they help get rid of them because of the acidity of your blood. something else may be affecting your period. go get a checkup if you're really worried

nope..you can have a yeast infection and your period at the same time...and vascetomies aren't 100% effective either, if they used a clamp instead of cutting the vas (tube).....
