No. Being American is having independence... freedom of speech.... and democracy. Something our lame president has forgotten...(just look at the recent firings of the attorneys)
Being American means we can vote for people who support our ideals and hope they carry them out.

No. It also does not mean that you have to be against the war to be a good American.
Being a good American means standing up for the principles under which this country was founded, which means limited government. If you believe that someone else has the right to tell you how to spend your money, what kind of health care you should get, where your kids go to school, what you can read, what you can watch, or who you can sleep with, then I don't consider you a good American.

I can not support that claim. I will say that in order to avoid conflict, name calling, insults etc u may hv to.
Asking questions to seek (or confirm) truth does NOT make u a bad American.

Only if you are a Limbaugh listening, Hannity hailing, O'Reily cheering neo-con.
If you are a true conservative, a liberal, or an independent (thinker) then that claim can not be supported.

The best way to support the troops would be to claim victory and bring them home now.

No. I can't. You'd actually have to mean it.
That was easy.
