Well it depends on where you carry your weight. What is your standard waist size in pants? That's how you'll know. I would guess that you are probably a small (28-31" waist). But check the inside of a pair of jeans to check and see what your waist size is.
Here's a standard size chart:
26"-28" - XS
29" - 31" - S
32"- 34" - M
35" - 38" - L
