Lose weight: Cut down on carbs, expecially pasta, sweets, potatoes, etc, don't eat after dinner!
Exercise: Walk, swim, or jog if you can.
Ab Exercises: Lie down with your back on the floor. Put your legs out but make sure there is a slight curve in them and your feet are flat on the ground. Then, interlock your fingers behind your head, stretch your elbows out so they're 180 degrees away from eachother, and do some crunches! Do as many you can in one set, and try to do 250 per day.

I've been working on this too, 1961.
Mine a slowly dissapearing ... I've been going to the gym 10 hours a week... cycle, pump group classes and swimming squad. I am concentrating on high repetition, low weights and firming up all over as the higher metabolism required reduces fat all over.
I lost fat off my legs first... seems the front porch will be last to leave.. but substantially smaller than when I began... I havent lost much weight but my body shape has changed dramatically since November.
Oh, yes, I only drink beer on Friday afternoon now and I limit it to just a couple. That choice alone obviously spared me about 2000 calories a day.

a good balanced diet high in protein and fiber 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week and 3 days of weight training that will do it in no time

The ab roller.it helps you do sit-ups with out breaking your back...it really works if you do it 2times a day for 15min each time...I did it and lost 3dress sizes,,

you just gotta lose the fat. i dont know what kind of shape your in but the best kind of cardio you can do is sprinting. sprinting not only burns fat faster than running at a steady pace, it also boosts your matabolism. and the faster you go the more you boost your matabolism.
