In my lifetime...Ryan Leaf.

The biggest failure has to be Ryan Leaf. Never could ammount to anything in the Pros after a successful college career.

The biggest let-down has many choices. Here are a few.

The fact Dan Marino never won a Super Bowl.
Gale Sayers having his career cut short by injuries.
Cleveland suffering The Drive and The Fumble in consecutive years.
Buffalo losing four super bowls in a row.

Ryan Leaf. Second Pick and some thought he should have been picked over Peyton Manning at that time. Major attitude issues and just destroyed the locker room. Most of the other "busts" during my time were from injuries and not the person's fault really or the team's fault.

Seems to me that Merlin does not know who won the Superbowl. Simple ?, Michaell Vick, he can throw the ball far and hard, but whats the point of that if he does not have accuarcy, he has great pass protection and is fast with great agility, but he's been sacked propably more times then both Manning's combined and he missed a season, because he broke his leg RUNNING. QB's throw the ball, Vick should be RB.

Manning?? What the?
There are too many to name.
Look at the first round draft picks over the last ten years and see how many names you recognize. Look also at the Heisman Award winners over history. You can see that list is very long.
