Neutrogena, without a doubt. Noxema is harsh and smells horrible. Plus it was invented as a remedy for excema (which it doesn't even help). When it didn't help excema, they marketed it for acne. It tingles, so you think it's doing something, but it's just the menthol in it (which is why it smells so bad too!)

I've been using Noxema for some time and find it is better than all those expensive brands.It makes your face feel clean and refreshed.

Neutrogena. All their products work wonders on my skin. All their products are great. And their stuff is pretty cheap.

Nuetrogena for sure, it makes your skin not oily but it is gentle and doesn't dry it out - they have a wide variety of products too
