Take a nice long hot bath with some music and candles ..candles are by choice...when you get out drink some nice cherry zinger tea and read or watch some tv,,,,works good..

I run a big bubble bath, play soothing music, and have only candlelight in the bathroom. I know this is common, but whatever works right?

lay down and read a magazine, listen to soft music, sleep. if u can afford it have someone come to your house and give u a massage.
