I disagree. I think he was one of the best but look at Merlin Olsen
who was named to the pro bowl 14 consecutive yrs and was 1st or 2nd ten All pro 10 times. He might not have even been the best Cowboy dt. Bob Lilly went to 11 pro bowls himself. I think Joe Greene and Alan Page were the best that I ever saw. There are only 11 pure dt in the HOF. Reggie White and Dan Hampton played both dt and de so I won't count them.

He couldn't hold a candle to Joe Greene, Big Daddy Lipscomb, Bob Lilly just to name a few.
