This "medication arrival alert" concerning the delayed arrival of your medication was sent to you 10 days after RECEIVING and processing your order. The pharmaceutical company will continue to send you these daily alerts until you let them know that the medication has finally arrived.

Note: My husband had a different interpretation of this message: He thinks that there is a brokerage house, clearing house or some intermediary in India (he's assuming from your name) and they are holding the medication until it clears customs and/or you take ownership. In other words, you need to contact the company from which you placed the order and verify an order number and/or your name and address. The pharmaceutical company still retains ownership of the medication until you take possession. That's the "consignment" and that has been "raised" or advanced to the level of ready to ship.

'Raised' here would mean to me 'forwarded' or 'shipped' or 'on it's way'.
If the sender does not receive your call confirming receipt of the item sent to you, within 10 days of its being forwarded or shipped to you, he would send the late medication arrival alert.
