It's possible, but it takes a lot of medical science to do it. The woman can either have the surgery to restore her tubes and get pregnant the old fashioned way, or undergo in vitro fertilization using her own eggs and husband's sperm.

She has to go to Dr. that unties tubes and have an exam. Sometimes they can untie them if the tubes haven't been Burnt and tied the reconnection should be rather easy. Just something i learned during research. Go see a Fertility specialist or on the web for Tubal Ligation Reversal doctors.
