My boyfriend was sentenced for a felony under the old Rockefeller drug laws. Since the laws have changed he wants to try and get a sentence reduction. Any suggestions on where we can get more information on what he has to do? Any personal experience would be great too!

Since you have posted this question on this site and therefore asking me for my opinion I hope the druggie loser spends the rest of his natural life locked up.

he should contact the lawyer who handled his case , unless you can arrange another lawyer.

There are some groups that work to benefit the convicted criminals in prison.

Personally he did the crime , they should keep him locked up for at least his full sentance . How many people did he hurt?

You probably need to talk to a lawyer - someone who can review his case and history, and who is familiar with the various laws and sentencing guidelines.
