Is the LG VX9900 EnV Phone fron Verizon Wireless a good phone?

I really like LG! I have an LG VX 6100 right now that I really like but I need an upgrade.

I need a phone that is REALLY STURDY!! One that if it gets dropped (witch more than likely WILL happen at least once or twice) won't totally shader or brake. Has to have a camera hopefully with a 1.3 or higher Mega pixels. and video. A good keypad that I can do text messages, IM's and e-mails on. ( the bad thing about some of the newer smaller phones is that the keypad is TOO small and you wind up hitting 3 keys at one time.) Lots of storage for my music. bluetooth. internet. games.........just the full package. Hopefully this isn't too much to ask for from a cell phone. LOL!

Also, Can I send a text message the regular way without opening the phone, just do it on the # key pad insted of the keyboard?

This phone matches your requested features. It has been upgraded from the Older phone The V. It now has a qwerty keyboard with a wider space keypad. You can send text messages AND listen to music with the phone open or closed. Also, it has a 2 mega pixel camera/video. It has bluetooth (including the Music Bluetooth). It provides the complete package...anything Verizon offers this phone has it. Not to mention this phone has been rated one of Verizon's best phones...It is very durable...and has a more slender design than it's successor...The V. It's also an LG which has excellent reception.

It includes the same basic features as the En-V (except only A 1.3 M-peg Camera/video) and it has a dual flip...that's exclusive. It can flip like a normal flip phone or like the En-V. It has VCAST and everything else. It is a Samsung though...so don't bet on excellent reception.

***Generally ALL VCAST Music Phones have a removable memory and bluetooth and mobile web.

the 9900 has a 2.0 mega pixel camera and ability to take 15 second video clips.

Email is nice on this phone because it has a designated button on the inside. Push it and it connects right to your email account

You can buy memory cards that would hold music but your games would be stored on the phone memory. I have like 6 games on my 9900 and it is still not full.

You can send text messages on the outside or inside. When you receive a text, you can either read it on the smaller outside screen or open the phone and read it on the inside.
