I agree with Venom...as he is as powerful (with the same powers) as his opponent, Spiderman, and he makes the spider-sense for Spiderman a useless tool and he know Spiderman's true identity...so all of those make him extremely dangerous...and also...it's personal for Venom to get Spiderman!

Victor Von Doom: Dr. Doom
He always has plans within plans. He has so many androids around doing his bidding you never even know if it's really him sometimes. He rationalizes all his behavior in his own twisted, brillant mind. The mark of a good villian. His only downside is being joined at the hip to the Fantasitc Four. They are quite lame.
Thanos is a very close second.

Dr. Doom. He mostly does it all himself without anything but his own scientific and mystical knowledge. Yes, he has had limited partnerships with Namor, Darkoth, and others. He has also usurped the power cosmic from the Silver Surfer, even Galactus himself. Doom's ambition, and ability to achieve it, has no known bounds.
