What a great question! I think they used the same principle that Arizona used... adding WRs equals wins.
They found out, unfortunately, that it doesnt. I am not a Lions fan, nor do I know a lot about their team, however there is a lot of talent in Motown. They need a stronger, more supportive line, and a better defense. If they invest in free agency then they have a good shot.

Maybe. there are always stories every year of a team getting better after losing. Look at the Saints. I'm not saying they are playoff bound but 5 wins aren't out of the question.

No cause they are going to make another draft mistake. That will lead to poor ticket sales and a low morale for the team, leading them to give up on the season early. No chance.
