It should help. Most of the time the extra programs on a computer that are being unused tend to be dead weight. You could try getting rid of the unwanted programs and you might also want to run a disk defragment. For that, you go Start>All programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Defragmenter. Then you use your C drive and run the defragment. That should also help. Good luck

Go to Best Buy and go to the back and talk with the Geek Squad.
It's not a 1-2-3 easy answer. Honey, you've misused your computer.

Go to www.lavasoft.com download a free ad-aware 6 and scan you computer. It will tell you what you got and what need to be done. Don't need to go to bestbuy to get help!!!! Why spend money when they don't help much sometime cause my friend been there and I know that not all of them knows everythings. Not even the pro. sometime know everythings.

Grab a copy of Norton...install ....get the online updates updates....run full scan.

There are several other products than can be used. But, for the simpliest fix, Norton will suit you fine, now and in the future.

You can get a copy at Wally world for about $30 USD

Hi. Download ' AdAware ' http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html and ' Spybot '. http://www.spybot.info/ Run them and remove anything they find. Some of these nasties modify your registry so you may need a Registry Cleaner, but most cost about $30.

Your computer has been hijacked by spyware. It is nothing that you intentionally installed.

You don't sound too computer savy, so bestbuy is probably your only hope of getting rid of it.
