Name of a restaurant. Please help.?

It has two initials, and I know that there is a new one in California, and one in Tucson, AZ.
It has two initials, and it has a favorite dessert with a cookie and ice cream on top. PLease help!

you might try www.restaurants.com there are tons that have just two initials, you can look by food type, name, state, Hope this helps
