Im tired of -10 degrees one time of the year and 98 degrees another time of the year. I'll move.

A side note my fav. temp is around 60 or 70.

It's a little bit warmer than your "ideal", but Hawaii has pretty constant year round temperatures in the 80s. There are some towns at altitudes above sea level that are cooler and still consistent.
And you can pick your humidity - anything from tropical "wet" to desert "dry", especially on "The Big Island" of Hawaii.
One caveat: it's also one of the most expensive places to live.

North Coastal California, including San Francisco. It has to be absolutely on the coast (even a couple miles inland and you get occasional extreme temperatures). You'll have to put up with lots of fog and rain though.

Personally, I LOVE extreme temperatures. It makes life more worthwhile. Why would you want to live someplace where the temp is about the same all the time? BORING. Think hard about it.

Would say the arctic circle ;but you want temps around 60 ..how about Texas?they always have the same temps ,or Florida except they have all those storms and tornadoes,,,lol

For the most constant temperatures you want to get as close to the equator as possible. Florida says fairly constant, but Hawaii is the ideal location in the US

at the Abilene first bank it said 72 degrees

I am only guessing, but I would say San Diego.
