how do you know the difference between what your choosing and what you letting fear choose for you?

based on my last question: which determined that everyone is responsible for their own actions.

It doesn't matter....typically you will be drawn towards a fear in efforts to deal with an emotional issue.............Its the experience that you need to absorb not the outcome......thats why the same damm things keep happening........we are so stuck on the outcome.....missing the lesson which is the experience in its entirety
