The fastest you've ever done and in what car? No race cars please I mean on the street in a street leagal car. Make sure you put what the speed limit was for that zone 2.
149mph in a 55mph zone I was going to California from Oklahoma it was about Midnite & i had the radar detctor on and i was crusing at about 100 when a little ricer came wizzing by me & i dont like to lose so i speed up to 140mph and blew by him & slowed to 100 & cruised again in my 95 Impala SS blocking the wind he was able to pass me doing around 130+ so i speed up to 148 & kept in it i blew by him & my radar dector only beeped once & it went off then about 5 seconds later it beeped again & i figured it was tripping so i ignored it but about 10 seconds after the 2nd beep I see 3 police cars get on the freeway behind me with lights on I pulled over when the 3 officers walked up to my window guns drawn i was a lil' frightend so the cop asked me why i was speeding i told him i had to see my grandma who was dieing.

Yes, im a speed demon in my Tahoe Friday night i did 100+ but the speedo only goes up to 100 but i was keeping up with my friend in his Nissan Maxima he was doing 115 so im not sure how fast i was really going because i have bigger rims and tires and the programer that took the governor up some more im afraid to push it anymore then 115 because it just gets light in the front end at speeds over 100 and the hood starts to cave in so im worried bout it after 100

in 1975 i was clocked by the state police doing 148 miles per hour in a 1964 Plymouth sports fury, with a police interceptor engine in it that came from a police auction, they never did catch me or the other guy because we was drag racing, and would have lost out license, and both of us only 19 at the time neither of us wanted to get caught so we decided to split up,i was from out of state and when i got back home,i thought i had it made, until they came and knocked on my door,i got really chewed out,and had to deal with 14 tickets from evading an officer to illegal drag racing, and when they had clocked me i had let off it,needles to say the next 30 days of my life was bad,to say the least, but i had a lawyer and he got rid of all the tickets except speeding, and was fined 100 bucks and let go,that was my lucky day,but that's the fastest i was ever driving any car, good luck .

WOW, you were really lucky . You normally get arrested if you're over 50 mph over the limit.
The fastest I'm been in my car was 140 on a 55 limit also. It was on saturday night in the Chicago west suburbs. There's never any cops on that stretch of freeway at like 2-3 AM . I just went fast ,didn't race. I'm kinda scared of racing cause I always think "what if there's a cop ahead" LOL .Oh well.
Nice story. just be safe ;)

Was mad at my then girl friend.Driving a 90 mustang with a built 351.This dude in a chevy truck starts messing with me on the interstate.I tried to ignore him but he wouldn't quit.He would pass me & then slow down in front of me.Kept on till it finally pi##ed me off.I dropped back in 4th and started pushing him. When I saw smoke coming out of his tail pipe I pulled up beside him.We were runnlng better than 120 which was nothing.I nailed it and ran up to 145 and went to 5th.Speed odemeter stops at 150 so I dont know after that.I went another mile in 5th with the hammer down.We were in a 65 zone.D a mn I miss that car.

that's a effect of sunshine velocity being an identical to all observers independently of their relative velocity. this could be a fact which has grew to become into expected theoretically and later grew to become into wide-unfold experimentally. it extremely is barely available if time and length measures (velocity=length/time) for each observer disagree with the others if their relative velocity isn't 0. The equations that remodel length and time measurements between observers (Lorentz adjustments) might provide imaginary lengths and/or time durations and lots extra and lots if numerous the speeds in touch have been better than the value of sunshine. Imaginary numbers (multiples of the sq. root of -one million) at the instant are not considered to characterize bodily significant parts. that's shown, too, that casualty might desire to be ruin if better-than-easy speeds are in touch. it is, consequences might desire to precede motives for some observers.

I don't know the speedometer only went to 140. It was a new 1968 Dodge R/T 440. The guy's dad owned a garage so I don't know what all was done to it, but it would run.

yeah this was just last year me and a couple friend were just ripping up and down the streets with our cars trying to stir up the cops like usual but his time they actually decided to chase us so we all split up and i ended up on a dirt road and i had a cop right behind me so i decided to speed it up and try and loose him and when i looked down at the speedometer 135mph (and that's not bad for a dirt road). And i finally managed to loose him by turning off my lights and cutting off the dirt road into a ATV trail and I seen him drive right by so I went home and called to see if my friends made it home one did but the other wasn't so lucky, but they only took him to jail over night.

i was in a 65 mph zone i got pulled over the only reason i didnt get a ticket was because my pit was laying in the passanger seat and when the cop stuck his hand in the window to get my information she almost bit his arm if i hadnt grabbed her. after that he checked my stuff and let me go.
