yes - Sea urchins are called uni here. they are good fresh but terrible later - like smelly socks soaked in seawater
I find clone sandwiches a bit hard to swallow too

Menudo. Soup made with strips of boiled cow stomach lining (tripe), with various Mexican seasonings and hominy. Fatty, spongy and slimy, makes me GAG.
