Depends on where do you live and how do you live. If you are in one of the Asian empire, you are in luck, but life is hard in Medieval EUrope.

Your question is kind of vague. If you want to know about land mass and weather, I'm stumped, or maybe just uninterested. Culture however I can write a little about. At that time only the Church could read so all information was kept within each hamlet. The ruler was at the top and had nothing to do with the people. Each small area had a manor that was totally autonomous, the people that lived in the miles around were the serfs. Usually the manor lords were as illerate as the serfs but were born into a better station. There were overlords that looked over several manors, his job was to protect the lords of the manor. Everyone was born into a station and it never changed for generations.
