I never attented this place (which is probably a wonderful thing). I have heard many horror stories about this now-closed down theme park about the deaths and many accidents that occured on the grounds.

Have you been or heard of this place? What have you heard/remember about it?

The one thing I remember the most was the Alpine Slide. It was fun, but dangerous. You rode downhill in a sled on little wheels down a concrete runaway - kind of a 1/4 pipe. The problem was that it was easy to scrape your knees and elbows on the concrete and so you would come away missing some skin. They also had a kayak ride that I was on that electrocuted somebody who was dumb enough to fall out of the boat or jump out. They also had a sort of tank game where there were people in a big chain-link cage driving around in tank-like vehicles that shot tennis balls at each other. The people watching could also shoot tennis balls at the tanks inside. I never had a problem there except for leaving behind a little skin and I had fun when I went. As with a lot of other things, the few bad incidents get all the press. Quite a few people have died at Disney World and there were recent deaths on the Mission Space ride, but nobody's talking about Disney as a destination of doom.
