my showers usually take 5-6 minutes which some people may want but I think is WAY too fast and I'm not sure I'm getting adequately clean. What should I do? I already use shampoo soap and everything!

If you're hygenically clean, then the length of the shower should not matter. I take hour showers by:
1. Using dandruff shampoo (gets hair shiny whether you have dandruff or not)
2. Using a shine shampoo or a damage control shampoo
3. Using a conditioner
4. Wash face
5. Use a face scrub
6. Use a body mosturizer
7. Use a body scrub
8. Listen to the radio and dance along (During shower)
9. Asses my day (During shower)
10. Dry off
11. Use lotion
12. Get dressed
13. Use makeup
14. Etc.

1) Shampoo, rinse, repeat
2) Conditioner, rinse
3) use a face wash
4) use soap for the rest of the body

I usually take hot showers so i like to relax for a while and just have the water hit my back for a couple of minutes.

As long as you think you are clean enough, then the length of the shower isn't important, the important thing is how well you clean yourself.
