Trust your instincts. If you feel deep down that there's something wrong, there probably is. Has he changed how he speaks to you, treats you, or how often he wants to have sex. Does he still tell you he loves you? You will have to ask him tough questions, just be prepared for the answers. GOOD LUCK

Generally speaking: you can probably tell by whether or not he takes any interest in your personal well-being, welfare or happiness. If he doesn't care about you-how you feel, whether you are comfortable, content, happy and whether or not your basic needs are met-he does not love you.
