Hello. Well, your first order of business is to get to a safer pc and download Microsoft's Malicious Tool Remover. You should also download Spyware Terminator, a really good free app which runs in real time defending your pc. I also recommend that you clean out your cache (internet) by using CCleaner. It's a free small app which will clear out cookies, typed urls, history, and the like... both for IE and Firefox! Run Microsoft's program, and upon cleaning it up it'll alert you as to what was found. Keep your AVG up to date, and have it check things daily. If you had a flash drive you could just put them onto it and as soon as you could get onto your system run the malicious tool remover. This will take care of things. Good luck.

run: msconfig, and on the 'start' tab, clear all the list that's checked. if there's any of the antivirus, keep it checked, the rest isn't that nesesary as to keep them. one of those might be the virus. when rebooting on safe mode, you'll probably get acces to delete the virus and/or to run the antivirus and have it to delete it. restart the pc, and try runniong again any antiviris forn the internet. i recomend 'panda.'
i hope you can make it.

Hi. Try going into safe mode and then "Run> cmd". Find the file and type ' attrib -r -a -s -h '. to change the attributes. Then try to delete it. Your registry probably also got hit so you may need to buy a registry cleaner. Good luck!

You probably have a Trojan. Take your CPU or laptop to a Micro center or Fry's for service to delete all spy virus and cleaning up. Install some spy-ware and raise your firewalls. be careful what you download from the web..
If you are a minor, maybe your parents placed a lock for you to use the web, that is the other possibility.
good luck

you have the file name, that's good
Right click on open area of task bar, select task manager, select the processes tab, find the file name, left click on it, select end process, now go back and delete file.
Using system restore should also work

If nothing else save your files to an external hard drive and reformat. That is just an idea.
