When you are old enough, you can get a stiffy that, with an appropriate level of stimulation will cause a fluid to pulse out of your knob. That fluid is an ejaculate called "semen" and it should contain sperm. Ejaculating is an involuntary action. You cannot control it.
Ejaculate is manufactured inside your body but it is not a waste product. It costs you energy to manufacture and it has one purpose, which is to safely carry sperm to fertilise a human egg following sexual intercourse with an adult woman.
Urine on the other hand is a waste product which is expelled through your penis, by using particular muscles. Urinating is a voluntary action. You can control those muscles. Urine and ejaculate are two separate fluids, stored separately in a man's body.

Ejaculate is what comes out of your penis when you orgasm (such as when you masturbate or have sex) or during a wet dream (only some guys have them for a limited time; some don't ever have them).
