I was wondering if there was a way to get pictures off of my cell phone to a computer? I took some really good pictures of my boyfriend and I'd like to be able to print them out or something. Is there a way to do this? I have a Motorola razr and t-mobile.

There are a few ways to do this.

You can transfer pictures that way but your computer has to have bluetooth capability. Otherwise, you should just e-mail them to yourself via text message. Even if your computer has bluetooth, it still may not work. I have a iMac and a Samsung phone and they are not capable with one another. The same thing happened when I had my Motorola Razr. My computer recognized it, but told me that it was unable to connect with it. (This might be the same thing if you try using a USB cable - your computer may not recognize it.)

To e-mail them to yourself, go to your address book and then go to "add new contact". You will then be prompted to say what you would want to add: e-mail address or telephone number. Click on "e-mail address" and type yours in, then give it a name and save it. (You could probably also put it under your phone number, but I am not quite sure how that one will work.) Then go to your instant messagng and click "options", and then find "insert" and then "pictures". It will bring you to your pictures and then you can pick one. To add more to the same message, go to "options", "insert", and then "new page". Then go back and repeat the process for adding a picture. The message can only hold up to a certain amount (the amount that you are using is in the top right corner of the message). When you can not add another picture, it will tell you. You then press "send" and it will take you to your contacts. Then find where you saved your e-mail address and the press "done" and then it will be sent. (They usually take a little longer than regular text messages to be sent.)

I would go with the text messaging one. It is a sure thing and much cheaper than buying a USB cord (unless your computer has bluetooth). If you have a text messaging plan, it will take away from that as a text message (since it really is a multimedia message). If not, then you will be charged per message (which is $0.25).

Do you have a usb cable for the phone? If so, Email me and I'll walk you through it. If not, you need to get one.
