You wear the kind of shoes that give the impression that you are a professional ready for the job you are applying. If it would be appropriate to wear peep-toe heels when working, yes. I think you need to think about your entire wardrobe including dress or suit, and definitely about the makeup which should be minimal and barely visible. First impression as well as qualifications for the job is what counts.

Normally no - even in the fashoin industry - conservative clothing is the norm - but make sure it is comfortable as you will be nervous and do not want clothes that may cause distraction such as pain or itches

yes if they go with the outfit and plus you have to not have ugly toes cause it won't look cute
