My friend and I, both married, are looking into buying a duplex and sharing the mortgage. We do have a real estate agent looking for us as well, but we want to search for some listings also...does anyone know a good website to search specifically for duplexes that are for sale in the south orange county, ca area?

If your agent can not find some thing and you know you have to look els were is that a hint that may be the market is sort of hidden and you as a buyer is not getting the full picture on what is for sale??

As a buyer would you not want a open transparent market with no hidden inventory??

Do you think that may be just maybe there has been a false shortage made?

I can look for you and if I find you a duplex and if you use my services, I will split my commission with you to help pay your closing cost. I will show you comps so you know you're getting a good deal as well.

Anyway, some agents have websites that allow you to search the MLS. For example, my website allows you to search the MLS. I think if you register, it will give you the addresses as well so you can show them to your agent.

Regards

www.google.com
is the best search engine for any property in any area. I invest in Montgomery AL, and it works.
