House, dude.

House is leading by far dudes!!! Go House!
This show has guts, wits, and intelligence!!!
Characters are way developed, and it possesses excellent storyline! What more can I ask for? It is for me the most outstanding medical drama for the second half of the 2000's decade!!!

I don't know dude. I love both of them, and I can't decide. I like House because he is so sarcastic and is a great character to the show. But Grey's seems a little more realistic with the interns and the race for cheif that is going on right now.

House is awesome!
It's more about the actual medical stuff than Grey's is. Grey's started out actualy caring for patients, now they're so into their drama! House got a bit of that, but is back on track with their patients!

I haven't actually seen House yet, so it wouldn't be fair for me to judge....but I LOVE Grey's Anatomy. That is one of my favorite shows!

Greys... no questions asked. Its rare that i find a show that has a cast of characters that i find all interesting. I actually care about the characters. I tried watching House once and wanted that hour of my life back. I found every character... most importantly the main character... to be boring and unbelievable. Not to mention horrible acting skills from the majority of the cast.
