I wanted a hamster, but I can't have one. I already had an experience with turtles, that didn't turn out too great. And my dad says get a fish, but those are boring, and you don't do much with them. Got any ideas?

Hairless pets...rats, guinea pigs and dogs?
Snakes? Snakes can make GREAT pets!
Lizards?
Amphibians?
Hermit crabs?
It really just depends on what you can afford to house, feed and care for properly...what you are allowed to have and what you have the time to care for...some pets require a lot more time than others.
There are also arthropds such as millipedes..they are kind of cool and have very easy care requirements. ;-)
Just do your research and find what you are prepared to take care of. Don't make a fast unimnformed decesion. READ READ READ and talk to people who know about pets.

Fish can actually be fun. I've gotten a fish tank, and I love decorating it and making it pretty. I've got four fish now and they're a lot of fun to watch swim around. Especially bettas. I have a crowntail and he is amazing.
Chinese Cresteds are a breed of dog with no hair. There's the hairless variety and the powderpuff variety, which do have hair. The only hair they have are little tufts.
There is also a breed of dog called an Xoulouscinti..I'm not sure how to spell it. They are completely hairless but are pretty rare.
Hairless rats make good pets. I'm not sure if you are into rats but they are actually pretty intelligent animals and are loving and do interact with their owners.
Do you like snakes? Those don't have to be fed all that much. What about geckos? There are all kinds of reptiles to look into, if you are into them. (snakes personally give me the hibbi jibbies lol)

They have hamsters without fur. You could get a sphinx cat or another type of reptile. or you could browse the fish store until you find an interesting fish. truly, some fish are really fun to play with. they'll jump to bite your finger or follow you. Plus yyou can start a big aquarium.

try getting baby water turtles they are cute and little try looking at an exotic fish store and get some snails and tropical fish. tropical tanks are so beautiful.

How about a bird? If you train them to sit on your finger they can be lots of fun to play with.

mexican hairless dog , there are hairless cats also .....snakes , reptiles , birds ( only havefeathers) ant farm?? , fish although some what dull & tend to die often...
