Some also get relief by eating a high fiber diet: whole grains, vegies, fruits, nuts and fish (trout, salmon, mackerel or sardines).

Also, limit or eliminate caffeine. I found that going caffeine-free helped me the most! It did away with the majority of the pain I experienced but it took about two weeks before I noticed a difference.
