I'm not sure exactly whether you mean temperature or location. The official temperature sensor is located at Travis Air Force Base. The Temperature over the past 24 hours and the temperature forecast through the extended period from the NWS office in Sacramento can be found at these links.

If you are looking for station location in degrees of latutude and longitude, the Fairfield/Travis AFB station is located at:

Latitude: 38.27º N Longitude: 121.95º W

The station has just commisioned the ASOS that has replaced the old sensor and human observer backup. So the location may not be updated to the latest degrees at other web sites.
