"we the people" legal service. Worth it?

they offer a $399 divorce in Florida. Anyone know if that includes the filing fee? They aren't open until monday.

If it's the company I'm thinking of, We the People is a paralegal service. The can fill out all your legal papers, but they are not actually lawyers, so your divorce would have to be uncontested. As far as the fee goes, I really don't know what they include in that price.

No, that probably is the filing fee, then everything else is extra.

Ok, maybe it's not that bad, but I'm afraid you will simply have to wait until they open so you can call and find out.
