As this is in AUSTRALIAN & NZ TAXES I assume that you are talking about John Howard and Peter Costello and yes they really are Slithy toves. If they are not Gyreing at each other working out how to gimble the life out of each each other, then they are slithering around the elctorate ensuring that the rich get richer, the poor get poorer, and the greenhouse gets hotter.
