I recently found out that a 10 year old girl in my neighborhood is pregnant. The father is her brothers best friend who is 17. Isnt that sick? The world is sick. The boy and her ageed to have sex he claims and her parents would prosecute becasue they say it was consentual sex. I think you should be at least 13 to have sex.

Totally sick and digusting. I am 17 and I feel that is far too sick to think of. I mean my sister is 9, almost 10 so I feel that is awful.

That is simply disgusting. And if anyone in their right minds is working your areas local law enforcement, then the county prosecutor would pick up the case and charge the 17 year old from the government side. The parents have no say so in that situation. The boy is guilt of statutory rape irregardless and needs to be charged for that crime. I would get on the phone with a local official and make a protest about this situation to your local prosecutors office. Inform them of the situation and let them know that this young girls parents are not protecting her from a rape/molestation situation. Child protective services is also another facility that you could report this too. Not only would the boy be in trouble then, but the parents as well for not taking up action against this travisty.

i think it's best to wait. Under age girls dont get the speak in that issue of sex.
More likly on her size and the baby, they wont do to well on growing and my be aborted later on for health reasons. Her body isnt big enough or ready to carry a child at all and the guy can be aressted for having sex with a minor. Sick people.
Guys need to stick to their age limit of 2-3 year under and better off staying to the older. I feel sorry for the girl. All the rumors that will spread of her. that girls reputaion has just been screwed because of that. Guys will think of her as easy way to go. Girls will think nasty thoughts of her. The baby wont survive cause of the small body it is in, so they might as well get her an abortion(the only time i support that is because of this here) she wil be in a large amount of pain when it grows bigger.

the father of the 10 year old should have done kicked that little sh#^heads a$$ for messing with his daughter. that is some sick stuff. im pi**ed off just thinking about. I'm also pi**ed at the parents for not realizing what was going on sooner.
When shes 18 if she even dose graduate from high school shell have her 8 year old kid in the audience. SICK!!!!!!

This is so tragic! The 10yo isn't capable of giving consent, and the parents SHOULD prosecute!! I can't find a word low enough to call the boy, taking advantage of a child this young!!!!! You can be sure he will do it again if he can get away with it that easily! He is a child molester!
If you know who he is why don't YOU report him anonomously?

The really sick and twisted thing about this is that you can condemn a 10 year old getting pregnant but then say it's okay for a 13 year old to have sex.

i personally believe that you should be much older than that. most people in general are not mentally and emotionally ready for that until at least 15, and even that seem really young to me. but, yes, the world is sick. parents should prosecute. she's only 10

Yeah, it's sick and the parents need to spend some time in jail for not protecting their daughter from this sicko. I would call cps on them, the parents don't need to prosecute, because of her age the DA will file charges.

I do not think a 10 year old is old enough to understand the decision to have sex. And even if she was the 17 year old is definitely old enough to know that it WRONG!!! It is very sick and I think that he should be prosecuted.

If this happened then I believe the boy should be charged and if the parents refuse to prosecute him they should also face criminal charges and in Georgia with what you have said it would be a charge of child endangerment. I would also get her out of that house because supervision is not there. I am appauld at this entire idea.
