from Canada and US, w/c one would you choose and why?

I think that I personally wouldn't have a preference of country. Instead, I'd look at the specific cities involved, looking at things like climate, safety, and cost of living. Can you make do in that city without a car? Will the company be paying your medical insurance? Take it as being two jobs in the same country but different cities.

Jay C, I'm a young professional and english and I'm working for a Canadian company. I had some offers from England, Canada and Australia but I decided to work where I am now just because The payment is so much better and according to the job I have to travel to very different countries which was a challenge for me. To know different people and cultures was one of my goals. Ironically I haven't worked in Canada yet.
