I don't because if a a husband would kill his wife, would not matter how he killed her. He would only get maybe 10 years, if you were lucky. Yet if a wife kills her husband, she gets at least 19 years, if not more. Where is this fair? The only way a husband gets more then 10 years in jail seems to be if he kills
her while pregnant. What is your opinion?

I don't think any of it is fair. If you kill someone, you should be put to death. After all if your dog bites someone, they put them down, and the dog is just doing what dogs do naturally without forethought. I want to know why people get more time for killing a policeman than for killing their own child.

So you think 19 years is too much for a woman that stabbed her husband, chopped him into pieces, and fried the parts on the stove? I think she should have received the death penalty myself.

Wow

That looks like a story Tarantino would make up.
But no, it's not fair. Anyone who commits murder should get life in jail.

no its not fair. it is a known fact that alot of those women who killed their husbands were severely abused by them. i think the whole thing is really messed up. a woman shouldnt have to live like that and then be put away for 20 years for trying to save herself.

Justice in life really isn't a teeter-totter. It's more of a multi-dimensional mobile. In the end it balances, but no one part seems to have a fair counterpart.

Sorry for this, but, it's been my experience that folks who dwell on "fairness" have a fair degree of growing to do.

My opinion... I don't think anyone should kill anyone. If they do, then they should be put to death. (for murder)
